Perfect Fungi

Perfect Fungi = Mushroom Soup
Most of us love creamy mushroom soup I guess. So here is the recipe.

Ingredients for Perfect Fungi
1: Rour (Thickening agent) or corn flour ( Wont be as nice)
2: Chicken Stock ( Not the powder type please)
3: Fried Mushroom

Chicken stock

Ingredient for Chicken Stock
1: Bayleaf
2: Celery
3: Chicken bones
4: Carrots
5: Onion
6: Parsley

Steps for Chicken stock
1: Boil all of the top together for 3-4 hours and you are done, make sure the soup taste like chicken but not vege
2: Throw away or eat all the ingredients after 4 hrs, we only need the soup
Ingredient for Rour
1: Milk
2: Oil (any type even butter)
3: Flour (Normal type)

Steps for Rour
1: Heat the oil
2: Heat while pouring in flour and keep stirring until the texture looks like dry cream
OFF YOUR GAS and stop heating
3: Keep stirring it and pour in Milk, stir until it looks like cream as above

Ingredients for Fry Mushroom
1: White mushroom
2: Butter

Steps for Fry Mushroom
1: Cut the white mushroom into small pieces
2: Fry the mushroom with butter

Last Step
1: Pour in chicken stock with rour (Keep stirring it) when it becomes smooth, pour in the fried mushroom.

Topic-a-week - LOVE

Few types of love, Love from God, Love from Family, Love from friends and lastly the couple love. It is well arranged by me, the more important I will put at first, then second, follow by third fourth and fifth. I have been quite happy lately, not because I found my love one or meet any, it's nothing gotta to do with the boy and girl's love. But it is about the love between friends. To me, couple love is no longer important for my age now, Hello, I am only 22, long way to go, so I will just wait and slowly find my Ms right. I believe by faith but not fate she will appears but not by finding her. I will stop finding the "YOU" from now. =) To friends or people who are emo out there, I have been through few emo weeks, it was totally wasted of time. Hardly concentrate all I did was wait and wait. It is an unnecessary thing. Maybe you might think that I don't know shit about love, I have been dated my ex 4 years in a long distance relationship, and I loved her very much, what do you think now? She was a nice girl, I mean she is still a nice girl, just that we are not meant to be, too bad. For youngsters out there, we still have a lots of things to do, study of course, and pursuing our dreams. If you think your dream is to have a perfect love, stop reading and watching love novels or movies! Love isn't that perfect or romantic in real life and screw those who commit suicide because of love. You hurt others more than yourself. You hurt your parents, your friends and every single one! Please stop reading and believe those horoscope thing which tells you which is your perfect match or when can you meet the perfect match, those are what I call NONSENSE. When times come, you will know. Those fate thing only appears in Movies and Novels! This is just what I think about couple love, no hard feelings ya!

A morning to remember

What is to remember today? Random, Sleepless, Friendship at dreamy place. One of the most craziest things i have done in Perth. Swan valley, a place we don't normally go without a plan. 3 of us, me, Sarah, and Ruiling, randomly met online and decided to go to have breakfast at 5 in the morning. Thought of going somewhere close take something light and go back sleep, who knows ended up going to this dreamy place. Never know Swan Valley is such a nice place until we discovered it today. Today I finally feel that the best things come without planning.

Topic-A-Week -Studies

What is studies? According to dictionary.com, studies is the pursuit of knowledge, as by reading, observation, or research. But nowadays, the reasons we studying is not to pursuit or obtain knowledge, it is to pass exam and get the piece of paper, and it is to get an occupation. What is an occupation then? An occupation is not just the job you choose, but any activity of daily living one engages. Since it is an activity of daily living, so you have to like it in order to enjoy it. I am afraid that nowadays not more than 20% of people pursuing their dream. Probably due to parents? environment? future? Many many issues.

I do have a dream, my dream is to play in a big orchestra. I can still pursuit it after I graduate. In order to do well in my studies now, I gotta love what I am studying now. Honestly, I do not study to obtain knowledge or pursuit my dream, but for one thing. Money. Money is my dream, to get rich is my dream. Rich doesn't mean you are happy, but I am sure one thing, when you live without food or drink because can't obtain any of it, that is really sad. To me, I have the best family in the world, we are not as rich, but our family is full of love. I do appreciate my family, I do love my family, that is why I will study hard for my family. My parents always want me to grow up and have my own life, that is why they sent me here. To learn, to be more independent, to learn how to save. I became like an aunty after I moved here even my two sisters said so, I started collecting discount vouchers after I moved here. Can't wait to go back and cook for them. Hmm, a little bit out of topic, from study now about family.

Alright, back to study...I have been asking many of my course mates, why civil and construction but not others. 10 out of 10 answered me the same thing, brighter future, better income, easier to get job. None of them study because it is their ambitious and they wanna become civil engineer. Sad case huh. I have been working as supervisor for few months and I know it is tough. Especially facing those foreign workers, they are scary. At the same time I do respect them, they work twice or 3 times of us and only get quarter pay of a supervisor. This is life. Sometimes can't blame them for stealing stuffs. I do wish this world will get better one day. And let us pray so this world will get better one day. At least a fair life for everyone.

醉翁之意不在酒 =）

Penfolds Bin 28 Kalimna Shiraz Museum Release year 2002
A bottle of wine I have been keeping it for a month +. This is one of the most fleshy wines I have ever drink, btw I am still a noob drinker. Will keep it until 26th of November for some reasons. This is where my title 醉翁之意不在酒 from.

Warm Winter

After the summer, here comes the winter. Hot winter = crispy salmon with white wine sauce

Ingredients for Salmon
Salmon with skin 200gm
Parsley
Black Pepper
Sea salt

Steps for crispy salmon
1 : Marinade the skin with with parsley, black pepper and sea salt. ( ONLY THE SKIN!)
2: Fry above 200 degree boiling hot oil. Must be above 200 degree. Make sure the skin doesn't stick on the pan
3: Put into oven when you wanna eat it under 180 degree for 10-15 minutes depends on how well cooked you wan it to be

Ingredients creamy white wine sauce
White wine of course ( cheapest one will do)
Red Onion
Cooking cream
Butter

Steps for creamy white wine sauce
1: Fry the onions with butter
2: When it is cooked, pour in some white wine, about quarter bottle
3: Reduce it until same level as onion
4: Pour in some cooking cream, reduce it until you think it is creamy enough
