Warm Winter



After the summer, here comes the winter. Hot winter = crispy salmon with white wine sauce

Ingredients for Salmon
Salmon with skin 200gm
Parsley
Black Pepper
Sea salt

Steps for crispy salmon
1 : Marinade the skin with with parsley, black pepper and sea salt. ( ONLY THE SKIN!)
2: Fry above 200 degree boiling hot oil. Must be above 200 degree. Make sure the skin doesn't stick on the pan
3: Put into oven when you wanna eat it under 180 degree for 10-15 minutes depends on how well cooked you wan it to be

Ingredients creamy white wine sauce
White wine of course ( cheapest one will do)
Red Onion
Cooking cream
Butter

Steps for creamy white wine sauce
1: Fry the onions with butter
2: When it is cooked, pour in some white wine, about quarter bottle
3: Reduce it until same level as onion
4: Pour in some cooking cream, reduce it until you think it is creamy enough
