Summer Sunset, Hot Chick, and Sweeties.

Summer sunset = Baked Tomatoes with Herbs
Sweet Girl = Parsnip with Honey
Hot Chick = Chicken with Ranch Dressing

Description : Chicken breast as smooth as chicken thigh with tomatoes and parsnip, healthy and tasty.

Ingredients for Summer Sunset
Roma Tomatoes (Normal tomatoes will do too)
Black Pepper
Thyme ( or Mint)
Parsley
Sea Salt

Steps for Summer Sunset
1 : Heat up oven with 150 degree
2 : Cut tomato into half
3 : Black Pepper, Thyme, Parsley and Sea salt on top of the half tomato.
4 : Put it into the micro oven and bake it under 150 degree until it becomes tender.
5 : Put it into your mouth =)

Ingredients for Sweeties
Parsnip
Honey

Steps for Sweeties
1 : Cut the parsnip into peices
2 : Cover it with Honey
3: Put into the micro oven and bake it under 150 degree until it becomes tender too!
4 : Done

Ingredients for Hot Chicks
Chicken Breast (without skin)
White wine (Optional for marinade)
Sea Salt ( Normal Salt will do too)
Flat leaf Parsley
Black Pepper
1 piece of Garlic
Half Onion
Eggs
Bread Crumbs
Milk
Normal Flour

Steps for Hot Chicks
1 :Tender your hot chicks with HAMMER
2: Marinade with Onion(Take some out, will need it later), Garlic, Sea Salt, Flat leaf Parsley, Black Pepper
3: Put into White Wine for at least 2 hr, put it into the fridge to make sure it fresh
4: Prepare a new bowl, make sure the eggs are well beaten inside
5. Put in some pepper, 1 cup of milk, little bit of leftover onion, flat leaf parsley, sea salt
6: Bring your hot chicks out and deep it into flour, then eggs with all the mixtures, lastly bread crumbs.
7: Fry it until colour change from shallow to dark
8: Put in under 180 degree micro oven until it well cooked

Ingredients Ranch Dressing (Sauce for Salad, Fillet-O-Fish Mcd)
Mayonnaise
Plain Yogurt
Flat leaf Parsley
American Mustard
Sea Salt ( Little)
Onion

Steps for Ranch Dressing
Blend all of the top together =)
Little bit of mustard alot of Mayo and Yogurt
