Perfect Fungi

Perfect Fungi = Mushroom Soup
Most of us love creamy mushroom soup I guess. So here is the recipe.

Ingredients for Perfect Fungi
1: Rour (Thickening agent) or corn flour ( Wont be as nice)
2: Chicken Stock ( Not the powder type please)
3: Fried Mushroom

Chicken stock

Ingredient for Chicken Stock
1: Bayleaf
2: Celery
3: Chicken bones
4: Carrots
5: Onion
6: Parsley

Steps for Chicken stock
1: Boil all of the top together for 3-4 hours and you are done, make sure the soup taste like chicken but not vege
2: Throw away or eat all the ingredients after 4 hrs, we only need the soup
Ingredient for Rour
1: Milk
2: Oil (any type even butter)
3: Flour (Normal type)

Steps for Rour
1: Heat the oil
2: Heat while pouring in flour and keep stirring until the texture looks like dry cream
OFF YOUR GAS and stop heating
3: Keep stirring it and pour in Milk, stir until it looks like cream as above

Ingredients for Fry Mushroom
1: White mushroom
2: Butter

Steps for Fry Mushroom
1: Cut the white mushroom into small pieces
2: Fry the mushroom with butter

Last Step
1: Pour in chicken stock with rour (Keep stirring it) when it becomes smooth, pour in the fried mushroom.
